Full Bungalow Refurb

For this client, we refurbished the whole bungalow, who agreed with our recommendation of changing the poorly designed layout into a complete open plan living space. This made the space within the property far more useful and pleasant to be in.. Not to mention a vast increase in value! The refurbishment included knocking through 2 walls and installing structural RSJ's, building up the window openings, adding insulation in the ceilings and stud work, re plastering the whole property inside and out, a new kitchen and floor coverings throughout, new skirtings, storage in the utility room and a new shower room.
