Farm Shop Restaurant

At the start of 2026 we were called upon with the task of a restaurant refurbishment, at Trevathan Farm, for a layout re-design with a better work flow in mind, as well as creating more space. This involved demolition of old walls, ceilings and gutting back to a bare space. We then carried out some structural work to the existing trusses to ensure they were up to the job of holding the new timber frame, reinstated a new ceiling with UPVC plastic cladding, and built up new stud walls. We then clad the walls in a T&G matchboard style and painted with a bombproof diamond matt emulsion that is easy to wipe clean. Last but not least, we clad the front of the stainless steel counters and trimmed with some beautiful European Oak.
